Yesterday I mentioned that I set my January sights on re-organizing and re-claiming my studio and I successfully bagged up five rather large bags full of fabric to be sent to quilting church ladies.
Sitting against one wall of my studio (which happens to be a side porch that I enclosed many years ago) is a tall cabinet with partial glass doors and five spacious shelves. This cabinet sat in the back hall of my father's first law office. I can vividly remember it containing boxes of manilla file folders, mailing envelopes, and letterhead stationary.
I cherish this cedar cabinet and it now serves me as a place to store those same kind of items and more. For some time now, it's needed some attention and today, that's where I worked.
