Sadlers Creek State Park was much smaller at only 395 acres. The park didn't have very many amenities compared to Oconee, but when we drove down the hill in Loop 1, we knew immediately that wouldn't matter.
Our campsite was #1 and Lois was nearby in #3. While our T@Bs were in the sun, we both had big trees that provided shade for us all. Our view of the lake was unfettered by trees or underbrush and in one word, stunning.
