As I sit here creating this Peachy Postcard, Wendy is measuring and mixing and making her pie crust for one of her extraordinary peach pies. Murphy is wondering if she'll get a piece.
So many peaches...what else can we make? Peach pie and peach cobbler...peach sorbet and peach ice cream...peach enchilada and peach salsa...peach cake and peach puffs...peach sangria and peach mojitos...peach tart and peach trifle...peach crisp and peach crumble. Oh my.....this is making my mouth water and head spin!
