I have been a member of Sisters on the Fly for many years. You can figure out the math when I tell you I am number 1530 and the number of gals who are "having more fun than anyone" is now pushing 10,000! The majority of women camp in vintage trailers, but it's not a requirement for membership any more than dressing up like a cowgirl.
The Sisters have been invited for many years to camp by the Pigeon River at Claybough's Campground and join in the festivities. They are the perfect compliment to the Chuckwagon Cook-off and always open up their trailers for all to see on Saturday. There were 20 of them decorated from very simply all the way to full-on-glamp. Becky and I strolled around, visiting with old friends, snapping photos, and meeting some of the newer women.
The Lodge Factory Store was calling, so Becky and I scooted on off to another adventure on our Saturday in Pigeon Forge.
