Undaunted by Tropical Storm Bill rolling through Beech Fork State Park, three gutsy Dutch oven chefs battled the elements to pull off a great supper for everyone. On the evening menu were Jon's Beef Brisket Chili, Rob's Lasagna, and my Brown Bears In An Apple Orchard.
First order of business was to get my coals going despite a driving rain and wind gusts. I pulled my charcoal chimney just under the front of the awning to keep it dry and that worked well.
