We left home Sunday morning for our journey to MD and had a pleasant travel day. I really do not like long days pulling a trailer, so we broke the day up with an overnight stay at Misty Mountain Camp Resort about 15 miles west of Charlottesville.
Bill and Elaine are our hosts for the week and they treated us to a picnic supper of sausage with onions and peppers, fried chicken, potato salad. Liz added some pasta salad and Becky sliced up her now-famous Almond Gravel Pound Cake. Let the eating begin!!
Liz always provides a fun movie to watch and Ed, our sound-system guru got our "theater" set up under the tent. We watched "Folks" with Tom Selleck and it was a delight.
