The Good Our weather here in the foothills was incredible for January. All up and down the street I saw folks out walking their kids and dogs, doing yard work, and in short sleeves. There was football on TV…'nuff said. I made two batches of soap: Tea Tree Soap and Orange & Olive Oil Soap. I have one more to make tomorrow and then it's the big wait for them to cure. It was a good weekend to do a little BRR work and finalize the design for the sign holder contest. | The Bad Murphy the Camper Dog started throwing up around 2 a.m. Sunday morning and it didn't stop until around 8 a.m. when there was absolutely nothing left inside of her. Poor baby was so sick and I was exhausted from the whole ordeal of trying to keep a towel under her. Three hours later we both crashed in the anesthesia chair for the rest of the day. |
She slept all Sunday afternoon and I'll admit to some dozing myself. The meds worked perfectly and we had an uneventful Sunday night and she's back to her old self today. Acid reflux treated with omeprazole . . . just like her Mom.
I hope your week is off to a good start and I will chat with you later!
