This South Carolina State Park is just a few miles east off of I-77 and was an easy 2 1/2 hour drive for us. We were warned about the copious amount of pollen falling from the pines, but it didn't stop us from visiting with our un-rally friends.
When we pulled up, we found the entire gang hanging out at R&Ts-pod and it was great to see them and get some much needed hugs!
Take a look at their campers and you'll see a fine layer of yellow pollen on everything. Rob said it looked like it was snowing when he pulled into the campground yesterday! We saw folks walking around the campground wearing masks...it was that bad!!
It's been said that laughter is the best medicine, but I would add friends to that quote. Thanks campers for letting me come out and play for a short while!!
